9/11/07 - As the 2007 season draws to a close I would like to extend a big thanks to everyone for their encouragement and support! Particularly to Firesnacks for all of the hard work that they've volunteered on my behalf to make this website possible...Thank you!!!

As many of you know it has been a tough season with my partner suffering from a nasty array of injuries that finally put him out for the season in early August. There were, however, a few bright spots: the Chech Republic, The Vancouver Open, The So Pro, Nationals and Volleyfest: that offered some encouragement, and it is with great optimism, desire and determination for success that I look to the future.

A big thanks to Scott Emslie for the unbelievable job that he did with Volleyfest in Kelowna BC on Labor day long weekend!!!! It was a wonderful tourney and a pleasure to be a part of! Well organized, great side events, player friendly and tons of fun! Unbelievable for a first year event!!! This event was a great thing for volleyball in the Okanagan... and therefore BC and Canada. I spoke with at least a dozen people who'd never seen a beach volleyball event before and could not believe how entertaining it was! All saying that they would definitely be back next year! I can't wait!

I'm back in Toronto now for at least 1 semester of school at the university of Toronto where I'll be entering into the middle of my 3rd year of studies in the faculty of Physical Education and Health.

Thanks again to everyone for their continued support and encouragement! All the best and I look forward to seeing you on the sand again soon! Have a great fall!!!
